We only collect the data that you personally input into our webform or type into our MCC new members form. The information is held on a secure cloud service which is hosted offsite. We may also transfer some of this information to our internal network systems for processing in relation to the activities you are involved with.

The sole purpose of the information we collect is to administer the coalition, invite you to meetings and the Cup Summit, also to provide the general public with your contact details should they require your support and highlight your work in your area of the world.

We ensure that our systems are secure, password protected and backed up regularly.

Information given for the Menstrual Cup Coalition list of members will be published on the Menstrual Cup Coalition members web page, and will be visible to anyone who visits the website.

Retention of data and updating your information
